Product Introduction
Our hot pressed sintered diamond cutting blade comes in 105mm,115mm,125mm outer diameters with standard 22.23mm universal arbor hole, perfectly matching most handheld angle grinders worldwide. The disc adopts a 2mm ultra-thin steel blank, featuring dual-sided abrasive layers: 20mm wide front grinding surface and 10mm rear abrasive zone, supporting both dry cutting and water wet cutting.
It works perfectly for all stone & tile materials: ceramic tile, granite, marble, engineered stone, quartz stone. Manufactured with our self-produced high-density metal powder matrix and uniform high-hardness diamond grit via mature hot-press sinter craft, it delivers fast sharp cuts with minimal edge chipping. Max safe RPM reaches 12000 for stable high-speed operation.
