Usage Notes
Must use with sufficient running water during polishing (wet operation only). Dry grinding will burn the stone surface and rapidly wear out the polishing pad.
Follow grit sequence from coarse (#50) to fine mirror grit (#8000). Do not skip grit numbers to eliminate deep scratches thoroughly.
Install the pad firmly on the velcro backing plate before starting the polisher; check pad adhesion regularly during work.
Avoid excessive downward pressure on the polisher. Light natural weight of the machine is enough for ideal polishing effect.
Do not use one pad cross different stone materials. Separate pads for marble, granite and quartz to prevent cross-contamination scratches.
After finishing work, rinse pads with clean water to remove stone powder residue, air dry completely before storage to extend service life.
Keep out of direct sunlight long-term storage to prevent resin pad aging and hardening.
